About this role

Deine Aufgaben Operative Leitung & Prozessverantwortung Du übernimmst die operative Leitung deines Verantwortungsbereichs und stellst die Einhaltung von Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs), Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher. Du koordinierst interne und externe Dienstleister, überwachst technische und infrastrukturelle Prozesse und optimierst Abläufe kontinuierlich. Du verantwortest Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Ergebnisverantwortung für laufende Projekte. Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Management und operativen Teams mit klarer, transparenter Kommunikation.
