The SDR Sales Trainer position is a highly visible role at Echo, responsible for owning the development and delivery of SDR Sales training programs while also supporting broader Branch Training initiatives. This role will lead SDR new hire and ongoing training efforts, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with business objectives. In addition to SDR program ownership, this role will function as a Branch Trainer, supporting Client Sales and Operations training needs when SDR classes are not in session. The SDR Sales Branch Trainer will work closely with SDR leadership and partner with Learning & Development to continuously evolve training curriculum and build out ongoing education initiatives.…
