WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of all environmental, health, safety, and sustainability initiatives within the organization. This role ensures compliance with Canadian federal, provincial, and local regulations while aligning with standards such as ISO 14001 and COR (Certificate of Recognition). The EHS Manager also leads the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, integrating sustainability into daily operations and long-term planning. Reporting to the Director of Operations (or Plant Manager), this role is both strategic and hands-on, working cross-functionally to drive a culture of safety, accountability, and environmental stewardship.…
