About this role

WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Sustaining Project Manager leads cross-functional teams to execute high-impact projects that improve manufacturability, cost efficiency, and scalability of CoolIT’s hardware products, including CDUs and PCLs. This role ensures on-time delivery of sustaining and continuous improvement initiatives by managing scope, risk, and performance across engineering, supply chain, and production functions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead sustaining projects to improve manufacturability, cost, and scalability of CDUs and PCLs. Use ClickUp to manage scope, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove execution roadblocks and ensure milestone alignment. Use Arena to manage engineering changes and support design change control.…
