About this role
1. 工作职责概述 负责微电子行业水处理系统（超纯水、废水回收、化学品输送等）的现场售后服务，包括系统安装、调试、预防性维护、校准及紧急维修。在资深工程师指导下，能够独立完成常见机械、管道、仪控及电气故障的诊断与处理，保障客户生产连续性。 2. 职责范围及日常工作合作对象 • 职责范围： 执行UF、RO、EDI、混床、UV、化学品、废水回收等系统的日常维护与故障处理。 协助进行系统调试与性能验收。 记录服务数据，撰写专业的服务报告。 为客户提供基础操作培训。 3. 岗位要求 • 能够独立完成常见系统故障的诊断与处理。 • 能够阅读并应用P&ID、电气原理图、设备布局图。 • 熟悉PLC、HMI、传感器、仪表的基本工作原理。 • 具备良好的客户沟通能力和团队合作精神。 • 能适应无尘室工作环境及国内频繁出差。 • 严格遵守安全规范（LOTO、密闭空间、化学品安全等）。 • 持有有效驾照并能熟练驾驶。 • 能够读懂英文使用说明书，具备基本的英文工作环境能力。 4. 职业技能要求 • 图纸解读：熟练阅读P&ID、电气原理图、设备布局图。 • 工具使用：熟练使用万用表、过程校准器等诊断工具。 • 语言能力：能够读懂英文使用说明书，具备基本的英文技术文档阅读及简单邮件沟通能力。 • 报告能力：能够撰写专业、清晰的服务报告（中文为主，关键术语可使用英文）。 • 驾驶能力：必须持有有效驾照并能熟练驾驶。 • 安全意识：熟悉并严格执行半导体行业安全规程。 • 团队合作：能够与项目经理、机械工程师、销售团队等紧密协作。 5.…
