Since 1995 Sizewell B Power Station has been providing 3% of the UK’s electricity but was due to stop generating in 2035. The UK’s only pressurised water reactor (PWR) will now continue to be a critical part of the UK’s energy infrastructure, with the station lifetime extended out to 2055. The Opportunity We are looking for a Shift Security Guard to join our team at Sizewell B Power Station. This will be working a shift pattern of days, nights and weekends on a rolling rotation. The successful candidates will be required to carry out security duties, including personnel and vehicle access control, foot patrols, maintaining appropriate security records and searches with particular emphasis on the use of modern security techniques.
