Job Description: Position : Part-time Monday-Friday 7 hours per day Salary : $ 39,375.00 annually Essential Functions : · Serve as the first point of contact for customers, employers, visitors, and partners by providing professional, courteous, and welcoming customer service. · Provide front desk coverage, answer and direct incoming telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments in accordance with Job Center procedures. · Provide information regarding Job Center services, workforce programs, workshops, hiring events, and community resources. · Assist customers with Wagner-Peyser registration, enrollment activities, and workforce system navigation.…
