Job Description: One-Stop Operator Exempt SALARY: $65,000/Year Scope of Position: Ensure seamless coordination of workforce services across Middlesex American Job Center, overseeing operational efficiency, partner collaboration, and compliance with workforce system requirements. Responsible for Partner Engagement, Policies and Procedures, Performance, Professional Development, and Public Branding. Ensure the efficient, effective, and fully integrated delivery of workforce services through collaboration with mandated partners, funding streams, and community stakeholders. Responsible for directing and coordinating all functions and operations of the One-Stop Center in alignment with federal, state, and local workforce development strategies.…
