Job Description: Essential Functions: Direct and coordinate all functions and daily operations of the One-Stop Career Center site in alignment with federal, state, and local workforce strategic plans. Provide vision, leadership, and functional supervision to staff and co-located partner agencies to ensure integrated, high-quality service delivery. Promote cross-functional teams across funding streams, collective bargaining agreements and governmental regulations. Provide recommendations to improve service delivery through best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in local, regional, and statewide workforce system workgroups.…
