About this role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES Order parts for field technicians by reading source documents, verifying order information for correctness, and entering data into specific software fields. Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as parts order forms, quote sheets, work orders, time sheets, receipts, and truck stock inventory. Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to the supervisor. Maintain logs or activities and completed work, and store completed documents in appropriate locations. Receive all truck freight shipments and label upon arrival if applicable for your specific location. Daily check-in of UPS/FEDEX deliveries with communication to Regional Service Managers if applicable for your specific location.…
