About this role
We’re not just looking for someone who knows how to put out fires in the middle of the night. We look for a strategist who can build the processes to stop those fires from starting in the first place. Someone to take the helm of our global NOC (Network Operations Center) and bridge the gaps between engineering, business and the player experience. Your tasks: We aren't looking for a "ticket dispatcher." We need an operational leader: Ensure our 24/7 monitoring runs like clockwork and every single anomaly is caught before a player even notices.
