Als Call Center Agent im Inbound nimmst Du eingehende Anrufe im Namen unserer Kund:innen freundlich und professionell entgegen. Im Anschluss erstellst Du eine Anrufnotiz, in der Du die wesentlichen Informationen zusammenfasst und an die entsprechenden Kund:innen weiterleitest. Unser freundliches und unterstützendes Team freut sich darauf, Dich kennenzulernen! Requirements So bist Du: Du beherrschst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau in Wort und Schrift. Du bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit. Du hast Deine Ausbildung oder Dein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen und konntest bereits Berufserfahrung in einem Büro sammeln.
