Deine Aufgaben Als SHK Regionalleitung (m/w/d) in Ostdeutschland bist du der strategische und operative Kopf für den Rollout von Wärmepumpen-Systemen im Mehrfamilienhaus-Bestand. Da wir uns in der Aufbauphase befinden, hast du die einzigartige Chance, Strukturen von Grund auf mitzugestalten. Dein Fokus liegt nicht auf der eigenen Montage, sondern auf der Exzellenz unserer Partner: Du definierst die Qualitätsstandards, wählst die passenden Nachunternehmer aus und überwachst die Baustellenleitung, um eine hocheffiziente Umsetzung sicherzustellen. Standardisierung: Entwickle und implementiere verbindliche Qualitäts- und Montagerichtlinien für die Installation von Wärmepumpen-Kaskaden im Geschosswohnungsbau.…
