About this role

Position Title: MGR, Process Improvement-1 Shift: Job Description: Identify, organize and lead organization-wide projects and initiatives to improve operational effectiveness of the organization. Partner with Tower Leaders and Carelon Global Solutions Stakeholders for E2E process simplification using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, leverage common automation initiatives, eliminate process inefficiencies. Facilitate Lean Six Sigma trainings such as Champion, Yellow Belt, Green Belt and other continuous improvement trainings required by the business. Educate, coach, and mentor Yellow Belts and Green Belts on Lean Six Sigma tools, methodologies and their application.…
