Position Title: Process Improvement Specialist-2 Shift: Job Description: The Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for identifying and managing process improvement and reengineering initiatives across the account. Role entails leveraging Lean / Lean Six Sigma / RCA techniques and tools to identify areas / steps of business processes that can be improved or automated. The person will be an individual contributor and will work closely with business teams in identifying / evaluating opportunities for transformation and innovation. Responsible in leading Continuous Improvement Programs across various functions. The candidate will serve as the Business Partner by championing the identification of process bottlenecks and variations through Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools.…
