To monitor and maintain quality standards across automotive service and body shop operations by conducting systematic inspections, validating repair quality, and ensuring all completed work complies with dealership procedures and manufacturer specifications. The role aims to minimize repeat repairs, improve customer satisfaction, and support operational excellence through effective quality control practices and coordination with workshop teams. Conduct final quality inspections on vehicles following mechanical repairs, diagnostics, body repairs, paint work, polishing, detailing, and accessory installations.
