Elite Talent Resourcing have been engaged by a leading provider in the Plumbing industry to source a Head of Engineering for their office based in Northampton on a permanent basis. As the Head of Engineering you will be responsible for defining, leading and delivering the IT digital strategy as well as continuously striving to improve service levels for delivery and processes. You will manage and lead the engineering function, set up to transform the company's engineering capability, flexing up to around 30+ Developers, Testers, Architects and DevOps staff, both permanent and via the management of external agencies / third parties.…
