Overview & Responsibilities Independently support and lead small improvement projects or workstreams across manufacturing and/or service operations. Facilitate Kaizen activities, analyze performance, and implement solutions that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer experience. Focus: deliver measurable local improvements and sustainment. Nature of the Job: Lead small improvement projects (A3/charter) and facilitate Kaizen events. Analyze root causes and recommend countermeasures; support pilots and rollouts. Develop and update standard work, process documentation, and training.
