Services Specialist

Under direct supervision, the Services Specialist performs set-ups, deliveries, cleaning, and upkeep of academic buildings. Regular schedule is Monday through Friday 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm. Weekends scheduled on a rotating basis, dependent upon demand. Position Status: Non-Exempt Salary Range: $17.50 - $18.50. This is the expected hourly rate for this position. Responsibilities Completes routine and special set-ups and take-downs throughout campus. Moves furniture as directed. Receives outside deliveries and disperses according to direction. Performs custodial duties throughout campus, including arranging classrooms, cleaning and restocking lavatories, as needed. Maintains service equipment, ensuring its good condition and proper use.
