Job Summary
End-to-End Project Governance: Lead the day-to-day project management of Project RESET. Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, tracking milestones related to As-Is/To-Be process mapping, Fit-Gap analysis, and final Blueprinting.
Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison between AP and the selected 3rd-party advisory firm. Ensure vendor deliverables (Benchmarking Reports, Fit-Gap Matrix, ERP Blueprint, Business Case) meet quality standards and are delivered on time.…
