GENERAL SUMMARY Performs general operation, repairs and maintenance to buildings, equipment, and grounds. Per engineering direction, performs project and system modifications to Energy Northwest office complexes, shops, warehouses, mobile buildings, grounds and equipment, both leased and owned; interfaces with management, engineering, and technical employees, and works independently. Operates a large variety of tools, equipment, and motorized vehicles. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Independently performs facility maintenance, such as plumbing, lavatory fixtures, grounds equipment (power and non-power), basic modifications in carpentry, taping, plastering, painting and roofing.
