Your main responsibilities will include: Talent • Support recruitment processes, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates. • Assist with onboarding and integration activities for new employees. • Support performance review and talent development processes. People Operations • Support employee lifecycle administration, including hires, transfers, and departures. • Maintain employee records and HR documentation. • Prepare people reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.
