About this role
Level Ground was founded in 1997 with a focus on fair trade and a passion for specialty coffee. We believe great, fair trade, organic coffee should be accessible to everyone. We started roasting coffee after-hours with a borrowed roaster in batches of 4lb coffee in Victoria, BC. Our first farmer partnership was with a co-op in Colombia and since then, we have worked with over 5,000 farmers across seven countries.
