Job Title: Chemical Operator I Job Description: The Role: 依照公司制定之安全作業標準與品質管理規範， 執行各項生產活動 並 確保生產流程安全且產品品質穩定 ，包括預防性保養、設備檢查、 6S 生產環境清潔與維護 。 In this role you will: 1. 執行日常生產作業 依排定之輪班制度執行日常生產工作： 早班： 07:30 ～ 16:30 中班： 15:30 ～ 00:30 夜班： 23:30 ～ 08:30 換班頻率：每週輪替 2. 依標準作業程序執行產品批次生產 包括原物料接收與準備、帳料與庫存管理、生產中間品之取樣與檢測、分析儀器校正，以及生產數據之紀錄與管理。 3. 執行成品 灌 裝作業 包括濾芯更換與過濾器操作、 灌 裝容器清洗線操作、成品標籤列印與黏貼，操作堆高機將成品運送至倉庫。 4. 生產系統操作與監控 熟悉並操作生產系統，即時監控生產狀況，確保系統穩定運作。 5. 回報生產異常狀況 發現生產異常或設備故障時，立即通報值班主管並協助處理。 6. 參與品質與安全持續改善活動 積極參與品質提升與安全改善相關活動，促進工作流程優化與風險降低。 7.…
