The new hire in this role will serve as the key finance business partner to the CMP Slurries, Pads, and Substrates Strategic Business Units (SBU). The new Finance Lead will provide financial leadership, business insights, planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support across assigned business areas. They will help translate business priorities into financial plans, identify risks and opportunities, support investment decisions, and drive accountability for financial performance.
