Job Title: Senior Scientist, Analytics & Metrology Job Description: The Role: As a Cleanroom Metrology Engineer, you will work closely with Materials Solutions Engineers and Research Scientists to advance our capability to differentiate and characterize CMP performance of next-generation slurry, post-clean solutions, and pad technologies using in-house metrology tools for thin film analysis, defect inspection, and surface topography. In this role, you will also collaborate with external laboratories and wafer suppliers to support advanced defect characterization, while coordinating efforts across global engineering teams.…
