Environmental Air Systems is one of the leading industrial HVAC engineering, manufacturing, and construction companies in the southeastern United States. We are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support our field construction department. EAS offers competitive salary, benefits, employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm, Friday 7:30am-11:30am Responsibilities: Serves as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints Handles routine labor relations inquiries related to policies, procedures and refers complex matters to appropriate management staff Assists with the development of employee relations practices necessary to establish a proactive, positive employer-employee relationship.…
