About this role

Job responsibilities for Truck Driver include: Must check shipment to make sure it is properly secured for transporting to project site. Must have the ability to maneuver equipment in tight areas. Must be able to drop and spot trailers; must be able to back trucks and trailers in and out of docks, shipping and receiving areas and on job sites. Must have flexible hours to accommodate pickup and/or delivery times. Must be able to inspect trucks and trailers for defects before and after trips. Must assure the trucks and trailers stay in roadworthy condition at all times, including service, maintenance, inspections, permits, etc. Must contact Transportation Manager for approval of any service or maintenance. Must review all required permits, inspections, registrations, etc.…
