Objective: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and selection to onboarding. The role partners with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure selection of high-quality candidates aligned with company culture. Responsibilities: Achieve the target headcount objectives within the requested timeframe. Manage the full Full-Cycle Recruitment; sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
