Toberman Neighborhood Center (TNC) is a community non-profit organization with $3-5 million of annual expenses, 50-60 employees, and a large operating facility in the San Pedro Harbor area. TNC serves San Pedro, Wilmington, Harbor Gateway, Harbor City and Long Beach, providing family services including a variety of free programs to inspire change and enable the development of a better future. These services include: an after-school K-12 program, a gang intervention and prevention program, academic resources that address student achievement, safe supervised recreational activities, and educational courses including tutoring, study skills training, and instructions on secondary school completion.…
