About this role

We are looking for Customer Service Agents to help us keep the best Customer support in the US area. If you have experience or you want to start you career on the CS area, this is the opportunity for you! Requirements 80% English proficiency Strong communication skills Active listening and problem-solving abilities Effective time management and multitasking skills Previous experience is a plus Be available for 40 hours a week, Working hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Two days off per week : One week day off One weekend day off Benefits -Life insureance -Annual salary increase -Internal savings association -Half Scholarships -Other extra benefits
