As an Accounting Application Specialist, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug finance-related software issues for our BisTrack ERP and Microsoft Dynamics GP software. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless support and resolution of software issues. We are seeking applicants with prior bookkeeping/accounting experience, familiarity with US or Canadian financial software products, and strong problem-solving skills. What you will be doing: Investigate accounting application support cases from BisTrack customers, fully document and understand issues, and gather necessary information to resolve or escalate.
