Management Level H Essential Duties: Onboarding Function – Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients and support the successful implementation of notification applications and services in accordance with corporate and departmental policies and procedures. Manage the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through successful deployment. Stay current with notification products, services, and industry best practices through ongoing training and development.
