About The Quality & Performance Administrator plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and performance of WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker programs. This position is responsible for the ongoing review and quality assurance of case files, documentation, and service plans to ensure federal, state, and contract requirements are met. The Administrator oversees performance metrics, anticipates trends through predictive analysis, and guides staff in real-time course corrections to drive successful outcomes for both participants and the organization.
