About this role
We are seeking a talented Senior Litigation Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will independently manage and directly handle complex dispute matters and contribute to our firm's commitment to professional excellence and integrity.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
End-to-End Dispute Management: Lead and independently manage multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases (UAE, UK, EU, HK etc.)
Litigation Execution: Draft and file legal documents, conduct legal research, manage e-discovery, coordinate local counsels, and handle all phases of litigation (discovery, depositions, trial prep, settlement negotiations)…
