About this role

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Black Soldier Fly (BSF) Farm Technician to join our team. The BSF Farm Worker / Technician will support and execute all activities across the BSF production cycle, including breeding, incubation, larvae rearing, harvesting, and initial processing of products. The ideal candidate will follow supervisors' instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to optimizing production processes through consistent record-keeping and observation Responsibilities: Manage daily BSF farm operations including egg collection, larvae rearing, feeding, and harvesting.
