Job Description The Opportunity The Communications Operations Supervisor provides functional and operational supervision for the Campus Safety & Security Communications Center and Information Desk. This position is responsible for ensuring reliable communications operations, consistent service delivery, and adherence to established departmental standards, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
