Job Description The Opportunity Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) seeks an experienced, motivated, and student-centered Head Rowing Coach to lead all aspects of its rowing program. The Head Coach is responsible for recruiting and developing qualified student-athletes, managing daily program operations, fostering academic success, promoting a culture of excellence, and ensuring compliance with all University, NCAA, and conference regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to student-athlete development, competitive success, community engagement, fundraising, and the NCAA Division II philosophy.
