About this role

ERM is seeking a motivated and capable Perth-based Geologist to join our team and support projects across Australia and internationally. This role is ideal for a geologist with 1–5 years of industry experience who enjoys fieldwork, technical problem-solving and working collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: Maintain ERM’s high standards for health and safety, and technical excellence. Plan and execute exploration field programs. Conduct and oversee drilling programs, ensuring strong safety performance and adherence to QA/QC protocols. Collect, validate and manage geological, geochemical and spatial datasets. Undertake geological mapping, sampling and field investigations. Interpret geological data and contribute to technical reporting and client deliverables.…
