Aufgaben Leitung der Controlling und Reporting Funktion Erstellen monatlicher Finanz- und KPI Reportings Direktes Reporting an den Gruppen-CFO Finanzkonsolidierung und Reporting an Investoren Erstellung von Business Cases und Analysen Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von Projekten für "Audit-Readiness" Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzbuchhaltung Finanzielle Integration von Beteiligungen Wen wir suchen 2- 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, Controlling oder Finanzbereich, vorzugsweise in Start-ups, Scale-ups oder im Mittelstand Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Detailgenauigkeit Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hoher Motivation und Hands-on-Mentalität Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insb…
