About this role

South Island School is seeking a Facilities Manager to support the Business & General Manager in overseeing school facilities and Health & Safety. The role will lead the site team and manage outsourced contractors to ensure the campus remains secure, well-maintained, and safe for all users. Facilities Management Ensure safe and efficient operation of the building facilities, including environmental and sustainable consideration. Manage the housekeeping of the school facilities. Lead the site and technical team in providing prompt repair, maintenance, and event support. Co-ordinate with ESF FDD in the routine maintenance programs, eg.
