How You’ll Support Our Mission ESO Fire products are used by fire departments across the United States to capture, manage, validate, and analyze incident, prevention, and operational data throughout the full lifecycle of emergency response. The Fire product suite supports core fire service workflows including incident reporting, inspections, properties, permits, hydrants, activities, and integration with CAD systems, while ensuring compliance with national and state reporting standards such as NFIRS and NERIS.
