The agent anticipates visitor needs by offering and giving assistance, answering questions, and escorting or securing an escort for patients and visitors when appropriate. The agent provides information and/or has knowledge of the Essentia campus and additional resources regarding our facilities. The agent also provides valet services by safely operating and transporting vehicles belonging to patients and visitors on Essentia Health property and public streets. Prevents traffic congestion by directing traffic in front of the medical center.…
