Provides assistance with navigating Essentia Health’s payment options, Medicaid eligibility, and financial assistance programs. May also perform self-pay liability price estimates. In addition, this position performs account analysis to evaluate, develop and implement an action plan to educate guarantors and help resolve their financial responsibilities. This position may also be required to assist with patient phone inquiries from the Patient Financial Services call center.…
