Project: Advanced Light Source Upgrade (ALS-U) Anticipated Duration: One year, with the possibility of a one-year extension Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical CAD Designer to support the Advanced Light Source Upgrade project at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. This individual will translate engineering concepts and requirements into detailed, manufacturing-ready electrical designs and documentation. The role requires strong electrical CAD capabilities, experience supporting fabrication and assembly, and the ability to coordinate closely with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, project managers, and other technical stakeholders.
