About this role

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment and buildings. Demonstrates proficient knowledge to troubleshoot and repair systems and equipment on an in-depth level. REPORTS TO Engineering Manager JOB REQUIREMENTS Supervisory Responsibilities: NO Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED License/Certification Required: Valid TN Driver License Minimum Work Experience: 5 years experience in facility maintenance required. Technical training required. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Proficiency in 2 or more of the following: HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, electronics, fire alarm systems, pneumatic tube system, BAS, controls.
