About this role
Synopsis Participate in the creation, maintenance and updating of the Etihad Cargo Services Manual (CSM), Etihad Cargo Bulletins, Process Manual Cargo (PM-CG), local operating procedures and other related documentation as required, in accordance with international regulations and standards governing air cargo transportation, UAE GCAA regulations and Etihad internal policies. Contribute to the Etihad Ground Operations Manual (GOM) and associated ground operations documentation.
