About this role

Purpose for the role: The Automation Officer is responsible for supporting the business in the automation, calculation, and visualization of key operational processes including agency incentive calculations, management dashboards, and digital web components. The role acts as a bridge between the business and technical developers, gathering requirements, coordinating build activities, and stepping in directly on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Tableau, and Salesforce reporting tasks when hands-on support is required.
