About this role

The Job The Field Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and expanding euNetworks’ fiber infrastructure. The role involves hands‑on tasks such as OTDR measurements, splicing and carrying out installation and expansion projects in the field and in data centres. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high network availability and quality. Your responsibilities / challenges Maintenance & Upkeep: Responsible for preventive maintenance of passive fiber infrastructure (routes, splice closures, distribution points) to ensure maximum network uptime. Network Expansion & Build-out: Expand existing infrastructure by installing high‑fiber‑count backbone cables, building new fiber POPs, commissioning new fiber SPANs, etc.…
