About this role
Profile We are looking for a Change Management Analyst to oversee the overall Change Management process, with a focus on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and data-driven insights to continuously improve efficiency, quality and adoption. Key accountabilities Support the management of a Change through the course of its lifecycle, using AI tools to monitor progress and predict potential risks. Support the preparation for the Change Advisory Boards to assess changes' impact, implementation, test and rollback plans, incorporating AI-driven analytics to inform decision-making. Help to prevent incidents caused by change, using predictive analytics and AI-powered trend analysis to identify high-risk changes.…
